One pilot package first, then hourly support or a dedicated team. Your engineer reviews and signs every package; we make sure there is little to correct.

Most clients start with a package, move to hourly support for a few months and then to a dedicated team.
Hourly support
Hours drawn as needed from a transparent rate card, from 40 hours per order.
Dedicated team
Named engineers working as part of your team, billed monthly, from one full-time engineer.
Rates are about a third of typical Scandinavian realised hourly rates. Rate card in EUR, DKK, SEK or NOK on request.
Quality
Six steps on every package
Targets: 90% of packages on time, fewer than two comments per drawing sheet, no errors found after delivery.

Kick-off brief
Design basis, templates and national annex confirmed in writing; open questions logged.

In your software and templates, inside your CDE where possible.
Self-check
The designer completes a service-specific checklist.
Independent check
A second engineer checks every calculation, with hand checks on governing results.
Delivery note
Assumptions, open points and the checker's name, with every package.
Your review
Your engineer signs; comments are tracked to closure and fed back into our checklists.
Responsibility
You sign. We never step into your role.
We work as your sub-consultant, under back-to-back terms with your own contract.

Your data and your work stay yours
Ring-fenced teams
Each client has a named team. No engineer works for two directly competing clients on similar work without both clients' written consent.
Your systems, our devices locked
We work in your CDE or a dedicated EU-hosted workspace, on company-managed devices with USB storage and personal cloud blocked.
No reuse
One client's templates, calculations and drawings are never reused for another client.
Every person bound
Confidentiality, IP-assignment and non-solicitation terms are signed before anyone sees your data.
Returned or deleted
Data is returned or deleted at the end of each task, confirmed in writing within 10 working days.
Open to audit
Suspected incidents are reported within 24 hours. You may audit our controls once a year. GDPR terms with EU standard contractual clauses.
Pilot offer
Up to 80 hours, at our risk
Delivered within 15 working days. You pay only for the hours your checker accepts. One pilot per firm.
